Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications (As on 20.02.2026)

• Essential: Candidates must have passed MBBS (including completion of Internship) from MCI/NMC recognized institute
• Mandatory: NMC/MCI/State Registration is mandatory to be produced before joining, if selected

Age Limit (As on 20.02.2026)

• Upper Age Limit: 37 years for General Category
• Age Relaxation for SC/ST: Up to maximum 5 years
• Age Relaxation for OBC: Up to maximum 3 years
• PwBD Candidates (Orthopedic/Physical Handicapped):
  • General Category: 5 years relaxation
  • OBC Category: 8 years relaxation
  • SC/ST Category: 10 years relaxation

Pay Scale & Remuneration

• Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100/- as per 7th CPC, Level-10 of Matrix
• Plus: NPA (Non-Practising Allowance) for Medical Graduates
• Plus: Usual allowances as admissible

4. For existing users: Login with User ID and Password
5. Fill all details carefully (cannot be changed after fee payment)

7. Submit application and proceed to payment
8. Pay application fee online through Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Card
9. After successful payment, print Registered Application Form
10. Save Registration Number and Date of Birth for downloading Admit Card

Selection Process & Terms

• Initial Appointment: 6 months
• Extension: May be extended for another 6 months based on department recommendation and Executive Director approval
• Maximum Work Period: 12 months total (initial 6 months + 1 possible extension of 6 months)
• No Further Extension: After completing 12 months, no further extension will be given
• Medical Fitness: Selection subject to medical fitness. Medical Board's decision is final
• Private Practice: Strictly prohibited during course
• Joining: Must join within stipulated date mentioned in appointment letter
