Educational Qualification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), OR
- Qualified Cost Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI)

Experience
- Minimum 15 years post-qualification work experience in:

- Ensuring Audit Committee compliance
- Compliance with DPE Guidelines (applicable to PSU/CPSE)
- Coordinating with external authorities (DPE, Ministry of Civil Aviation, GST, Income Tax)
- Addressing observations from Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, CAG
- Working on IATA platform, GeM, TReDS
- Timely reconciliations, MIS preparation
- Physical verification of fixed assets
- Preparation of Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual Accounts
