Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess ANY ONE of the following:
Option 1: PhD in relevant subject
Option 2: Master's degree in:
Food Technology, OR
Food Science and Technology, OR
Food Processing Technology, OR
Food Technology and Management
With at least 55% marks or equivalent grade
Option 3: Bachelor's Degree of 4/5 years with first division or equivalent overall grade point average
Additional Requirements
Teaching/Research Experience: At least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associate ship/Training/Other engagements
Research Publication: Published at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal

Individual is engaged purely on temporary and contractual basis for 11 months (or until regular staff is filled)
No claim or right to regular appointment in University or any government organization
No claim or right for further continuation of contractual service
Any concealing of facts or canvassing shall lead to disqualification during selection or termination during engagement
Contractual engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning reason
Employee can resign by giving one-month notice, otherwise one-month salary to be paid
Medical examination at candidate's own expense required before appointment
No TA/DA will be provided for interview attendance
Selection committee's decision is final and binding
Associate Dean has right to cancel or postpone interview due to unavoidable circumstances
