General Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 35 years

Residence Requirement

  • Must be a local resident of Chhattisgarh
  • Residence/Domicile Certificate required as proof

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum: 10th Standard Pass
  • All qualifications must be from recognized institutions
  • Only full-time qualifications considered

Important Eligibility Conditions

  • Must be local resident of Chhattisgarh with residence certificate
  • Reserved category candidates must attach permanent caste certificate from competent authority
  • Candidates who married before attaining minimum age limit are NOT eligible
  • Government/semi-government employees must submit No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  • Educational qualifications must be completed before the end of experience period

Selection Process

For Assistant cum Data Entry Operator:

  • Merit list based on: Educational qualification marks (80), Experience (10 marks max), Skill Test (10 marks)
  • Top 5 candidates will be called for skill test
  • Minimum 50% required in skill test to qualify

For Outreach Worker:

  • Merit list based on: Educational qualification marks (80), Experience (10 marks max), Interview/Skill Test (10 marks)

Tie-Breaking Rules:

  • In case of equal marks, preference given based on date of birth (older candidate preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • Experience certificates must be submitted from relevant organizations issued by employer
  • Certificate must include: Office name, Registration number, Address, Post name, Nature of work, Duration/Period of experience
  • Full-time experience only considered (not voluntary service)
  • 2 marks per year for experience beyond minimum required (maximum 10 marks)
