- Top 5 candidates will be called for skill test
- Minimum 50% required in skill test to qualify
For Outreach Worker:
- Merit list based on: Educational qualification marks (80), Experience (10 marks max), Interview/Skill Test (10 marks)
Tie-Breaking Rules:
- In case of equal marks, preference given based on date of birth (older candidate preferred)
