Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) - MANDATORY
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of post-CA qualification experience
Required Skills:
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English
- Hands-on with computer software including Tally, backend software applications
- Experience in process improvement & team handling
- Knowledge of IND-AS / Accounting Standards, TDS & GST
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements of the company
- Handling finalization of accounts
- Handling PNL & BS ledger scrutiny
- Preparing various MIS reports as per management requirements
- Ensuring data accuracy, data analysis, generating insightful reports
- Providing data-driven insights to management
- Preparing data for forecasting/budget exercises
- Analysis of financial data to evaluate divisional and entity-level performance
- Handling GST/TDS/Accounting related queries
- Liaising with internal auditors, statutory auditors and consultants
Salary & Benefits
