Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 805 Project Engineer, Project Technician and Other posts across various C-DAC centers including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, and Thiruvananthapuram. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor of Engineering/B.Tech or Equivalent Degree with 60% or equivalent CGPA, OR
• Master of Engineering/M.Tech/Equivalent Degree, OR
• Post Graduate Degree in Science/Computer Application or in relevant Domain with 60% or equivalent CGPA, OR
• PhD in relevant discipline
• Eligible Streams: Computer Science and Engineering and aligned branches (AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IoT, etc.), Information Security, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Candidates must ensure they meet the minimum educational qualification and other essential requirements before applying online.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 56 Years (as on the last date of application submission)

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST/OBC: Relaxation as per Government of India norms
• Physically Challenged/Ex-servicemen: Eligible for relaxation according to Government of India norms
• Government Employees on Pay Scale: Eligible for relaxation in age by 5 years, including other applicable age relaxations
• Date Proof: SSLC/SSC/ISC mark sheet or certificate and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth
• EWS Certificate: Must be in the format prescribed by DoPT. Format available at www.persmin.nic.in
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Certificate must be issued in the prescribed format

No application fee is charged by C-DAC for applying to this recruitment. Candidates need not pay any application fee to submit their online application form.

Selection Process

• Initial Screening: Screening will be based on academic records and other parameters declared in the online application. Only screened-in candidates will be considered for further selection process.
• Written Test/Skill Test: If required, candidates will be called for written test and/or skill test based on the post and center requirements.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Performance in the written test (if applicable), interview, and academic credentials will be considered for final selection.
• Document Verification: All information submitted in the application will be verified with original documents at the time of document verification or at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Center-wise Selection: The selection process will be carried out by the respective C-DAC Center based on its requirements. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further process.
• Important Note: Mere application and fulfillment of mentioned qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for written test/interview. C-DAC reserves the right to increase or alter eligibility criteria or cutoff limits based on the number of applications received.

• Ensure you are eligible for the post before starting the online application.
• Have a valid email ID and mobile number ready, which should remain active till completion of the selection process.
• Click on the 'Apply' button for the position you wish to apply for.
• Log in with your mobile number and enter the OTP received on the same mobile number.
• Fill in the online application form with all required details. If you have applied in a previous C-DAC advertisement, you may receive a prefilled application which you can edit and update.
• Upload scanned documents: Recent passport-size color photograph (JPG format, not more than 400 KB) and resume in PDF format (not more than 500 KB).
• Submit the application form on or before 20-02-2026.
• Note the unique application number generated by the system for future reference.
• For Government/PSU Employees: You should apply online and also forward a printed and signed copy of the application form through the proper channel to HRD Section, C-DAC, Bangalore. If not forwarding through proper channel, produce a 'No Objection Certificate (NOC)' from your current employer at the time of interview.
