Essential Qualification & Experience
For CGM / GM (Elevated/Underground Construction)
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) from Government recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC. M.E./M.Tech (Civil/Construction Management) is preferable
- For Deputation Basis: Officer from Organized Group A IRSE in Railways / equivalent post in Metro or other Government of India organization / Chief Engineer level in State Government organizations with minimum 25 years post qualification experience for CGM and 20 years for GM in execution of large infrastructure/underground/elevated construction projects
- For Contract Basis: Minimum 25 years (CGM) or 20 years (GM) post qualification experience in large infrastructure/underground/elevated construction projects such as Major Bridge Constructions, Highways, Railways, Metro Rail, Underground Tunnel, UG Station works
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in diaphragm wall construction, deep excavation, mass concrete work
- Knowledge of Contract Management / FIDIC contract / International civil construction contracts
