Essential Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree from a recognized University
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in operation of computers (Word Processing and Spreadsheets)
Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age Relaxation: As per Haryana Government's reservation policy for reserved category candidates
Selection Process
Test Requirements:
- Shorthand Test: Speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Shorthand
- Transcription Test: 20 W.P.M. in transcription of English Shorthand on Computer
- Computer Proficiency Test: Word Processing and Spreadsheets
Merit List:
- Selection list will be prepared based on merit
- Computer Proficiency Test marks are qualifying in nature only and NOT counted towards final merit
