Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 22 Posts
- B.Tech degree in First Division (60% or equivalent) in relevant engineering discipline as per position requirements
- Valid GATE score in respective engineering stream
- Maximum age limit: 28 years as on walk-in interview date (24.02.2026)
- Age relaxation available for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per Government of India orders
Research Associate (RA) - 3 Posts
- M.Tech degree in First Division at both Graduate (B.Tech) and Post-Graduate (M.Tech) level in relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of research, teaching, or design & development experience after M.Tech completion
- At least one research paper published in SCI (Science Citation Index) journal
- Maximum age limit: 35 years as on walk-in interview date (24.02.2026)
