Eligibility Criteria
Super Specialist (Entry Level)
- Basic Qualification: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) registered with Medical Council of India
- Post-Graduate Qualification: MCh/DM/DNB or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty
- Registration: All post-graduate qualifications must be registered with Medical Council
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview. Tenure beyond 70 years not allowed
Super Specialist (Senior Consultant / Senior Level)
- Basic Qualification: MBBS registered with Medical Council
- Post-Graduate Qualification: MCh/DM/DNB or equivalent in concerned Super specialty
- Experience: At least 5 years post Super Specialty qualification experience
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview. Tenure beyond 70 years not allowed
Specialist (Junior Level)
- Qualification: PG Degree/DNB or Diploma in concerned specialty after MBBS with TCMC registration
- Experience: 3 years for degree holders OR 5 years for diploma holders in respective specialty
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview
- Specific Requirements for ICU/Casualty: PG Degree/Diploma in Anesthesiology, General Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
Specialist (Senior Level)
- Qualification: PG Degree/DNB or Diploma in concerned specialty after MBBS
- Experience: 5 years for degree holders OR 7 years for diploma holders in respective specialty

Salary & Remuneration
Super Specialist Full Time
- Entry Level: Rs 2,00,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Senior Level: Rs 2,40,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Contract Duration: 1 year, extendable up to 3 years on satisfactory performance or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. Emergency calls and visits required.
Super Specialist Part Time
- Entry Level: Rs 1,00,000/- per month + Rs 20,000/- emergency visiting charges (if willing)
- Senior Consultant: Rs 1,50,000/- per month + Rs 20,000/- emergency visiting charges (if willing)
- Additional Work: Rs 1,200-1,500/- per additional hour beyond 16 hours/week (subject to approval)
