Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in concerned Speciality from recognized University
- For TB & Chest: MD/DNB in Pulmonary Medicine, Chest Medicine & Respiratory Medicine are also eligible to apply
- Candidate awaiting final result may also apply but must produce passing certificate before interview
- Candidate must have valid NMC/State Medical Council registration
- Date for Eligibility of Qualifying Degree/Experience: 27-02-2026
Age Limit: As per NMC guidelines
- Upper age limit relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates
- Upper age limit relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates
Important Requirements:
- All candidates must have updated Medical Registration certificate from NMC/State Medical Council with all post MD/MS/DNB qualifications
- If updated registration not available, candidate must show "Applied for document(s)" at the time of walk-in interview

Security Deposit Requirement: Candidates selected for Senior Resident position must deposit Rs. 20,000/- as Security Deposit through Demand Draft in favor of "ESI Fund Account No. 2" payable at State Bank of India, Bihta, Patna at the time of reporting for joining. Without security deposit, joining will not be allowed. Security deposit will be forfeited if candidate resigns/leaves within 1 year.

Nature of Employment: Purely contractual, terminable from either side with 1 month prior notice
Tenure: 1 year from date of joining with provision of renewal subject to willingness, satisfactory performance, and institute requirement
No Service Benefits: No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance/Benefits, Seniority, or Promotion
Posting Requirements:
- General Medicine SR: Posted to Medical ICU, Respiratory ICU, Dialysis Unit, and Casualty on rotational basis
- General Surgery SR: Posted to Trauma Care Ward and Surgical ICU on rotational basis
- Orthopaedics/General Surgery/General Medicine SR: Compulsory on-site duty in Casualty as per schedule
Absence Policy: Absence for more than 7 days will be treated as abandonment of duty; contract will be terminated and security deposit will be forfeited
Attendance: Must mark attendance manually and on Aadhaar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily during scheduled working days
Accommodation: Accommodation available in campus; mutual exchange of HRA with accommodation not allowed till availability of accommodation
