Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Passed Middle Standard Examination (Class VIII or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi language
Age Limit
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 42 years
Age calculated as on: 01st January 2026
Age relaxation for reserved categories is admissible as per instructions of the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana and Haryana Government guidelines from time to time.
Salary
Consolidated pay of Rs. 16,900/- per month (minimum pay scale for the post of Peon).
Nature of Appointment
Purely on adhoc basis, initially for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier.
Important Information
- Total number of vacancies may increase or decrease due to creation/withdrawal of courts, adjustment of surplus staff, or other administrative reasons
- No separate intimation will be issued regarding any changes in vacancy numbers
- If no candidate of reserved category is available, appointment will be made from general category
