Eligibility Criteria
For Positions T.P.-01 to T.P.-04 (Fisheries Science):
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: Master's degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent in point grading system in Fisheries Science or related field, with Bachelor's Degree in Fisheries Science
- NET/SLET: NET (National Eligibility Test) or SLET is essential qualification from ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central/State Government Agency
- Publications: At least one publication in NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Science, New Delhi) related refereed journal
- Age Relaxation: 5% relaxation in marks at graduate and master's level for SC/ST/Disabled (Physically and Visually Disabled) candidates
- Ph.D. Alternative: Candidates with Ph.D. degree with course work along with at least two full-length publications having NAAS rating not less than 4 are exempted from NET requirement (as on last date of application). Candidates with Ph.D. without course work do NOT qualify for NET exemption.
For Position T.P.-05 (Home Science/Resource Management):
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree: Doctorate degree in Human Development and Family Studies/Resource Management and Consumer Science/Home Science, OR
