Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from any recognized university established or incorporated by Central or State Act in India
• Basic knowledge of computer application as per Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967
• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both

Age Limit (as on 13.02.2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Haryana Government policies

Physical Standards

• Minimum height: 160 cm for candidates
• Minimum weight: 45.5 kg for candidates
• Relaxation allowed if candidate is otherwise medically fit

• Single Stage Exam: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) based
• Exam Mode: Computer Based Response Test (CBRT) or Optical Mark Recognition (OMR)
• Total Questions: 210 MCQs
• Exam Structure: Part-A (90 marks) + Part-B (120 marks)
• Total Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes)
• Negative Marking: 1/4 of marks deducted for wrong answers

• Mathematical Tests - 30 marks
• Indian Constitution, Current Affairs, Gujarati & English Comprehension - 30 marks

Part-B Subject Details (120 marks)

2. Click on "Online Application" and select GSSSB
3. Select Advertisement No. 372/2025-26 for Occupational Therapist, Grade-3
4. Fill all personal details, educational qualifications, and category information
5. Upload passport-size photograph (5 cm × 3.6 cm, JPG format, max 15 KB) taken within 1 year
6. Upload signature (2.5 cm × 7.5 cm, JPG format, max 15 KB)
7. Accept the terms and conditions and save the form
8. Download and print the confirmation number for records
9. Pay the examination fee before the deadline
10. Print the final application form with payment receipt

Important Instructions

• Only online applications will be accepted
• Category once selected cannot be changed after confirmation
• Candidate must re-apply with correct details if changes needed
• Multiple applications will result in only the last confirmed application being considered
• All details provided in application must match original certificates during verification
• Incomplete applications will be rejected outright
• SC/ST/OBC certificates must be from competent authority of Gujarat
• EWS certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2025
• Female candidates must provide parent's income for OBC certificate
• PwBD certificates must show 40% or higher disability
• Scribe/Compensatory time available for eligible PwBD candidates
• No TA/DA admissible for interview/exam
• Candidates with sports achievements eligible for 5% bonus marks
• Widow candidates eligible for 5% bonus marks if not remarried
