- Option 1: Matriculation (10th pass) with +2 (12th) Vocational qualification in agriculture-related subject, OR
- Option 2: Matriculation (10th pass) with minimum two (2) years of experience in agriculture-related field/work

Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Conduct field operations related to rice cultivation and irrigation management
- Monitor and implement Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) irrigation techniques at -15 cm water level
- Manage field trials for dry and wet direct seeded HT (herbicide tolerant) rice systems
- Record field observations and data collection as per project requirements
- Maintain field equipment and irrigation infrastructure
