Educational Background
- Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Polymer Sciences, or related fields from a recognized university or institution
- Strong foundation in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or materials science
Desired Experience and Expertise
- Polymer Hydrogel Development: Demonstrable expertise in synthesis and development of polymer hydrogels with proven research publications
- Polymer Composites: Experience in developing polymer composites and biopolymer-synthetic polymer composites
- Advanced Characterization: Requisite knowledge of high-end instrumentation necessary for characterization of small organic molecules and polymeric materials (NMR, GC-MS, FTIR, SEM, AFM, TGA, DSC, etc.)
