Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (4-year B.Tech) or Master's degree (M.Tech/B.I.I.T/M.S. by research)
• Discipline: Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with specialization in power electronics or equivalent
• Must have qualified in a national-level test such as GATE/CSIR-NET/JES-I/UGC-NET/Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or PhD
• Candidates with CGPA ≥ 8.0 in qualifying degree from Ministry of Education funded Technical Institutions are exempted from national-level test requirements
• Candidates with prior experience in hardware development of GaN-based power converters are encouraged to apply
