- Matriculation (10th Pass) with ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration with Pass class
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Code 103: Trade Apprentice (Boiler) - Mechanical Discipline
- 3-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) with Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry

Code 105: Technician Apprentice (Mechanical)

Important Eligibility Notes
- Candidates must have already passed the prescribed qualification as on the date of reckoning eligibility criteria
- Only regular full-time courses recognized by recognized boards/universities are considered
- No candidates whose results are awaited can apply
- CGPA/OGPA must be converted to equivalent percentage as per university norms
- No part-time, correspondence, or distance education qualifications accepted
- Candidates with higher qualifications (BE/B.Tech, MBA, CA, MCA, LLB) or pursuing higher education are NOT eligible
