  • 3-year B.Sc. with major/honours in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry from a recognized university

Code 102 - Trade Apprentice - Fitter (Mechanical)

  • Matric (10th Pass) with ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration
  • Must be full-time regular course from NCVET/SCVT recognized institution

Code 104 - Technician Apprentice (Chemical)

  • 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering

  • No part-time/correspondence/distance education accepted
  • Candidates with higher professional qualifications (B.E./B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.) are not eligible
  • Candidates with job experience of 1+ year after acquiring prescribed qualification are not eligible
  • Candidates who completed 5 years after acquiring prescribed qualification are not eligible
  • Maximum age gap between apprenticeships: 1-year minimum gap required; 3-month gap for terminations due to personal reasons

Selection Process

  • No Written Examination: Selection is merit-based only
