Position Details & Vacancies

Position 1: Laboratory Assistant (प्रयोगशाळा सहाय्यक)

Eligibility Criteria (Laboratory Assistant):

• Recognized University degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or related science field
• Trade Test clearance from Municipal Corporation's private sector workshop is mandatory

Position 2: Dialysis Technician (डायलिसीस तंत्रज्ञ)

Eligibility Criteria (Dialysis Technician):

• B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology from a recognized university, OR
• 12th pass + 1 year or 6 months Dialysis Technology course certificate from recognized institution

Position 3: Teacher for Deaf and Hearing Impaired (मुके व बहिरे यांच्या शाळेकरिता शिक्षक)

Eligibility Criteria (Teacher for Deaf & Hearing Impaired):

• Degree in Arts or Science from recognized university
• B.A.R. (Bachelor of Arts in Recreation) or C.I.T.D. or equivalent degree from recognized institution for special education for hearing impaired, OR
• 3 years special practical training with Audiology and Speech Therapy degree (B.Sc.), OR
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in school for deaf with appropriate educational qualifications
• Passed 100-mark aptitude test in Marathi language (10th standard) or equivalent

Position 4: Occupational Therapist (व्यवसायोपचारतज्ञ)

Eligibility Criteria (Occupational Therapist):

• B.Sc (OT) / B.O.Th (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) degree from recognized university
• Registration with Maharashtra State Occupational Therapy Board

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit
• Interview schedule, date, time, and venue will be communicated via email
• Interview notification will be sent 2 days in advance
• Candidates must bear their own interview expenses
• Selected candidates need to execute a bond of Rs. 500/- on bond paper

Important Terms & Conditions

• Employment is on purely contract basis
• Contract period: Till 31-03-2027 or as decided by MCGM
• Candidates must be willing to work in any department of the hospital
• Work in 3 shifts as per hospital requirement
• 15 days prior notice required if resigning from the position
• Merit list validity: 1 year
• Administrative decisions regarding selection at Superintendent's discretion
• No TA/DA provided
