- B.E. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent degree with minimum 65% marks
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant field
- Should be currently employed in State Universities, Boards, Corporations, or PWD (B&R)
Junior Engineer (Civil) - 2 Posts
- Three-year National Certificate Course in Civil Engineering from recognized polytechnic/institution
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in relevant field

Junior Engineer (Public Health) - 1 Post
- Three-year National Certificate Course in Civil Engineering from recognized polytechnic/institution
