Objectives

  • Develop and deliver course materials and curriculum
  • Assist with training and recruitment of new lecturers, teaching assistants, and professors
  • Conduct research, publish papers, and attend conferences
  • Attend academic events and network with researchers and field experts
  • Supervise, advise, and mentor teaching assistants and graduate students
  • Participate in faculty and departmental meetings
  • Shortlist, interview, and select students for PGDM programs
  • Organize guest seminars and faculty events with industry professionals
  • Travel to other higher education institutions to gain experience and expand networks

Screening & Interview
