Eligibility Criteria

For Retired TCS Officer Grade-1/Grade-2 as Associate Consultant:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as TCS Officer Grade-1/Grade-2 in Revenue Department, Govt. of Tripura
  • Sufficient knowledge of computer applications

For Retired Forest Official as Junior Consultant:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years work experience serving as Forest Ranger under Tripura State Govt.
  • Good knowledge of Forest and Wildlife Legislations
  • Sufficient knowledge of computer applications

For Retired Surveyor/Amin/RI/Tehsildar as Junior Consultant:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass / Madhyamik / ITI / Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Revenue official (survey work as Amin/Surveyor/RI/Tehsildar) in Directorate of Land Records and Settlement, Tripura State Govt.
  • Computer knowledge is desirable

Language:

Salary & Compensation

Payment Structure:

  • Retired TCS Officer as Associate Consultant: Total ₹68,000/month comprising:
    • Monthly honorarium: ₹40,000 (80% paid monthly, 20% after performance review)
    • Conveyance reimbursement: ₹13,000
    • Office at residence reimbursement: ₹13,000
    • Communication facilities: ₹2,000
  • Retired Forest Official as Junior Consultant: Total ₹42,000/month comprising:
    • Monthly honorarium: ₹27,000 (80% paid monthly, 20% after performance review)
    • Conveyance reimbursement: ₹6,500
    • Office at residence reimbursement: ₹6,500
    • Communication facilities: ₹2,000
  • Retired Surveyor/Amin/RI/Tehsildar as Junior Consultant: Total ₹35,500/month comprising:
    • Monthly honorarium: ₹27,000 (80% paid monthly, 20% after performance review)
    • Conveyance reimbursement: ₹6,500
    • Communication facilities: ₹2,000

Additional Benefits:

  • Increment @ 5% in 2nd & 3rd year of engagement period
  • Annual leave calendar as specified by ONGC Tripura Asset
  • No TA/DA except for fixed remuneration mentioned above
  • All amounts are inclusive of GST (borne by individual officials)

Terms & Conditions

  • Engagement is purely temporary on contract basis till 28-02-2030 or on attaining age 68, whichever is earlier
  • Contract agreement renewable yearly based on performance and medical fitness
  • Candidates can be posted anywhere in Tripura State as per requirement
  • Work involves extensive field visits in ONGC operational areas
  • Medical fitness required before joining - verified by ONGC Medical Services
  • No claim for regular appointment in ONGC by virtue of contract work
  • Notice period: 1 month from either side for termination
  • Contract can be terminated if performance is unsatisfactory
  • No TA/DA for attending walk-in interview
  • GST liability borne by individual officials
  • Yearly contract renewal subject to performance and medical fitness

Duties & Responsibilities

For Retired TCS Officer as Associate Consultant:

  • Liaison with State Government for temporary/permanent land acquisition
  • Collection and deposition of relevant documents for land acquisition
  • Assist in expediting land acquisition cases
  • Field visits and meetings with farmers, village representatives, Panchayat
  • Ensure necessary entries in Government land records
  • Remove encroachments from ONGC land
  • Negotiate with affected parties on land acquisition matters
  • Prepare reports for spillages/accidents, file FIR with local police

For Retired Forest Official as Junior Consultant:

  • Process Forest/Wildlife/SEZ proposals for forest land diversion
  • Obtain Forest clearances for Drill Sites, Pipelines, DSA in forest areas
  • Liaison with TSAC, GIS Lab and forest agencies
  • Interaction with Forest/Revenue offices for case clearance
  • Assistance in obtaining NOC under ROFR Act
  • Handle compensation cases
  • Resolve issues related to forest land diversion

For Retired Surveyor/Amin as Junior Consultant:

  • Process RoU/LAQ proposals and land acquisition cases
  • Obtain RoU/LAQ for pipelines and land acquisition
  • Collect land-related documents from State Govt. offices
  • Interaction with Revenue/Agriculture/Forest offices
  • Remove encroachment from ONGC land
  • Mutation of land in ONGC name
  • Deal with crop/tree/land compensation cases
  • Prepare sketches and manage affected parties through negotiations
