Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Mandatory Minimum: 12th Pass from a recognized board/institution
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age calculated as on: 01st January 2025
- Age relaxation: Applicable as per Chhattisgarh State Government directives
- Maximum age including all relaxations: Not exceeding 45 years
Residence Requirement
- Must be a local resident of Chhattisgarh
- Residence Certificate (Niwas Praman Patra) from competent authority required as proof
Mandatory Skills
- Good communication skills
Desirable Qualifications
- Candidates with prior work experience will be given priority
- Candidates with experience in emergency helpline sector will be given special priority
Important Eligibility Conditions
- Must be local resident of Chhattisgarh with valid residence certificate
- Reserved category candidates must attach permanent caste certificate from competent authority
- Candidates who married before attaining minimum age limit are NOT eligible
- Government/semi-government employees must submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer
- Educational qualification must be obtained from recognized institution/university
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: Rs. 16,000/- (Sixteen Thousand Only)
Contractual appointment with benefits as per Chhattisgarh Government guidelines.
Selection Process
- Merit list prepared based on points/scoring system from eligible applications
- Personal Interview and/or Skill Test will be conducted as applicable
- Selection based on educational qualification (60 marks), experience (up to 10 marks), helpline experience bonus (up to 10 marks), and interview/test (20 marks)
- Final appointment based on interview performance and qualifications
