1. Chief Resident Engineer (Civil) - VC No 01/26
Essential Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
- Total Professional Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification
- Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in construction/supervision of railway infrastructure projects involving earthworks, bridges, tunnels, station buildings etc. with Project Management Consultant/General Consultant/Construction Agency, OR
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction/supervision in Gazetted cadre of Railways Department and/or as Manager and above in Civil Engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/Metro Rail Corporation, with minimum 5 years experience in railway construction projects
2. Senior Contract Expert - VC No 02/26
Essential Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institution or equivalent; Preferred: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering + Project Management/Construction Management Certification from recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
- Total Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years for Degree holder or 10 years for Diploma holder
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma) in preparation of procurement strategy, tender documents, bid process management, or managing contracts of railway infrastructure projects
3. Geotechnical Expert - VC No 03/26

- Minimum 7 years' experience in geotechnical investigation works, preparing and reviewing geotechnical interpretation reports for tunnels, bridges, and structures in railway/highway infrastructure projects with consultants/agencies, OR
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Gazetted cadre of Railway Engineering Department or as Manager and above in RITES/IRCON/RVNL, with minimum 5 years experience in geotechnical investigation works, OR

4. Senior QS & Billing Expert - VC No 04/26
Essential Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institution or equivalent; Preferred: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Total Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years for Degree holder or 10 years for Diploma holder
