Eligibility Criteria

• Performance Analyst (Physiotherapy): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from recognized University/Institution; desirable 1 year experience in Sports Physiotherapy.
• Performance Analyst (Physiology): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medical Physiology / Human Physiology / Sports and Exercise Physiology / Biological Sciences; desirable 1 year experience in Sports Physiology.
• Performance Analyst (Anthropometry): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Anthropology or Human Biology; desirable 1 year experience in Anthropometry in sports science.
• Performance Analyst (Psychology): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology / Sports Psychology; desirable 1 year experience in Sports Psychology.
• Performance Analyst (Strength & Conditioning): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning / Sports and Exercise Science / Sports Science; OR Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sports Coaching / Physical Education / Performance Coaching with specified certifications (ACSM, NSCA-CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA, NCCA USCCA, NSNIS PG Diploma, NSDC Level 4/6/7); desirable 1 year experience.
• Performance Analyst (Nutrition): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Food Science & Nutrition / Sports Nutrition / Food & Nutrition / Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics / Home Science with specified Nutrition specializations; desirable 1 year experience in Sports Nutrition.
• Performance Analyst (Biomechanics): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biomechanics / Sports Biomechanics / Kinesiology (with Biomechanics) / Exercise & Sports Sciences (with Biomechanics) / Human Movement Sciences / Sports Sciences (with Biomechanics) / Biophysics / Physiotherapy (MPT Sports Biomechanics); desirable 1 year experience in Biomechanics.
• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

Salary

Pay Level-6 as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix: Rs. 35,400/- to Rs. 1,12,400/- per month. The salary structure includes basic pay with periodic increments as per CPC rules. SAI employees are entitled to dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and other allowances as per government norms.

Selection Process

• Computer-Based Test (CBT): Fully proctored environment with biometric authentication. Duration: 2 hours. Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• CBT Structure: Section A (Common): Basic Sports Science Knowledge (32 marks) + General Sports Awareness (8 marks) = 40 marks. Section B (Discipline-specific): Applied Sports Science Knowledge (40 marks). Section C (Discipline-specific): Sports-related Case Studies (20 marks).
• Negative Marking: 1/4th of the marks for each incorrect answer.
• Final Merit List: Prepared solely on total CBT marks (out of 100). Tie-breaking based on marks in Sections C, B, A, A1, A2, then age (older candidate), and alphabetical order of name.
