Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience (to be calculated after obtaining the required qualification till first date of online application)
• Computer Knowledge: Well conversant with basic computer knowledge in MS-OFFICE
• Residency: Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal
• Language: Must have knowledge of local languages
• Completion Date: All essential qualifications must be completed on or before 02 February 2026 (first date of online application)

3. Register with basic details and receive online registration number
4. Complete the application form with all required information
5. Upload photograph and signature in prescribed format
6. Pay application fee through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card
7. Submit the complete application form
8. Download and print the registration form for document verification

Important Instructions

• Only online applications will be accepted
• Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications will be cancelled
• Photograph and signature must be uploaded; applications without these will be cancelled
• Candidates must download and retain the printed registration form for original document verification
• Hard copy of registration form should NOT be sent by post
• SC/ST/OBC certificates issued by competent authorities of West Bengal only will be accepted
• EWS certificate as per WB Government notification will be considered
• Disability certificates issued on or before the last date of application will be accepted
• Caste/Category claims cannot be entertained after application submission
• All qualifications must be completed by 02 February 2026
• Ineligible candidates will not be called for subsequent stages
• Recruitment process can be cancelled at any stage at authority's discretion
• Do NOT deposit application fee more than once

Special Note for Existing Employees

Existing employees working in the same position may apply on their own choice with revised entry point remuneration. Such employees will receive 5 years age relaxation from the date mentioned in the recruitment notification but will NOT be entitled to benefits like continuity of length of service. They will start as fresh in the new position.
