Eligibility Criteria

Shift Manager (CE-07)

• Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from Government approved institute with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
• Experience: Minimum 7 years post qualification work experience in Coal Mining with 3 years experience after obtaining 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate

Welfare Officer (CE-06)

• Qualification: University degree with MBA (HR specialization) or Master degree/PG Diploma in Social Science/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management or equivalent qualification recognized by Labour Ministry
• Experience: Minimum 4 years post qualification work experience in Mining sector

Assistant Shift In-charge (CE-06)

• Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from Government Approved institute with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years post qualification work experience in open cast coal mines

Assistant Colliery Engineer (Electrical) (CE-06)

• Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Government Approved Institute
• Experience: Minimum 4 years post qualification work experience in repair/maintenance/commissioning of electrical equipment in large open cast mines

Assistant Colliery Engineer (Mechanical) (CE-06)

• Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Mining Machinery Engineering from Government Approved institute
• Experience: Minimum 4 years post qualification work experience in repair and maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery

Assistant Safety Officer (Mine) (CE-06)

• Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from Government Approved institute with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in open cast coal mines in statutory capacity

Overman Coal (CE-04) - Safety, Production, Blasting, Shift

• Qualification: Diploma in Mining Engineering/Mining and Mine Surveying from recognized institute with 2nd Class Manager Certificate/Overman Certificate of Competency under CMR issued by DGMS for Coal. Valid First Aid certificate required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in open cast coal mines in statutory capacity as Overman

Consolidated Pay & Age Limit

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: Up to 5 years relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Up to 3 years relaxation
• PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India Guidelines

Contract Terms & Benefits

• Contract Period: Maximum 3 years initially or till age 60 years, whichever is earlier. Initial period can be extended based on performance and requirement.
• Remuneration: Consolidated pay with provision for annual increase up to 5% based on performance.
• Insurance: Accidental Group Insurance coverage.
• Medical Benefits: Outpatient expenses for self-treatment up to Rs. 35,000/- per annum.
• Leaves: 12 days Casual Leave and 20 days Medical Leave per calendar year.
• Other Benefits: TA/DA for official tours, HRA as applicable, weekly day of rest, and public holidays.
• Termination: Engagement can be terminated with one month's notice on either side.
