• B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent (Physics/Chemistry/Material Sciences/Metallurgy/Ceramics/Chemical Engineering/Nano materials) with 12 years post-qualification experience in relevant R&D/industry field
• OR M.E/M.Tech with 10 years post-qualification experience
• OR Ph.D. with 8 years post-qualification experience
• Proven track record in patents, publications, and project execution in electronic materials
• Upper Age Limit: 55 years (including SC age relaxation)

Programme Coordinator (PML-12) - UR General

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent with 10 years post-qualification experience in R&D/industry
• OR M.E/M.Tech with 8 years post-qualification experience
• OR Ph.D. with 5 years post-qualification experience
• Experience in R&D programme coordination and technology transfer preferred
• Upper Age Limit: 45 years

Scientist C (PML-11) - ST Reserved

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent with 8 years post-qualification experience

• Publications/Patents in reputed journals (desirable)

Finance Officer (PML-10) - OBC-NCL Reserved

• MBA Finance/PG DM Finance/MMS Finance/M.Com with 3 years experience in Accounts/Finance/Budgeting/Audits
• OR Graduate in Commerce with 6 years supervisory experience in Finance/Accounts
• Supervisory capacity experience mandatory

Administrative Officer (PML-10) - UR General

• Post Graduate Degree in any discipline or Post Graduate Diploma in Management with 3 years relevant experience
