- Post-graduation Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned specialty from a recognized university/institution
- Valid registration with Delhi Medical Council for the specialized field
- Should NOT have completed 3 years of Senior Residency in any recognized institution (including regular and ad-hoc periods)
