Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Qualification: Law graduate from a University/Institution recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission)
  • Professional Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the State in which he/she is practicing
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years' experience in dealing with Civil/Service/Labor Arbitration cases
  • Drafting Expertise: Exposure to drafting of Agreements/MoUs/Deeds and other legal documents after enrolment
  • Institution Ranking: While considering applications, the ranking of Institution provided under established framework shall be the deciding factor
