Essential Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualification: Law graduate from a University/Institution recognized by UGC (University Grants Commission)
Professional Registration: Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the State in which he/she is practicing
Minimum Experience: 2 years' experience in dealing with Civil/Service/Labor Arbitration cases
Drafting Expertise: Exposure to drafting of Agreements/MoUs/Deeds and other legal documents after enrolment
Institution Ranking: While considering applications, the ranking of Institution provided under established framework shall be the deciding factor

Responsibilities of Young Professionals (Legal)
Provide legal support and guidance to ICMR on various matters including civil, service, and labor law issues

Handle arbitration and dispute resolution matters
Advise on regulatory and compliance matters related to medical research
Support litigation matters if required
Contribute to policy development and legal frameworks for research activities
