Tie-Breaking (in case of equal marks in CBT)

Shortlisting for Document Verification

Stage 2: Document Verification

  • Shortlisted candidates must bring downloaded application form with ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS in the order mentioned in the notification
  • ONE SEPARATE SET OF SELF-ATTESTED photocopies of all documents is mandatory
  • Candidates failing to produce required documents will be summarily rejected
  • Documents/certificates must be issued on or before the crucial date (07/03/2026) and must be valid at the time of verification

Stage 3: Final Selection & Appointment

  • Final selection will be made in order of merit based on CBT marks, subject to fulfilling all eligibility criteria
  • Selected candidates will be appointed as 'Probationers' for 12 months
  • Upon successful completion of probation, confirmation is granted
  • Probationary period may be extended by 6 months twice if performance is unsatisfactory
  • Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) is mandatory before final appointment
  • PEME can be conducted at OIL Hospital Duliajan, by Government Medical Officer, or Authorized Medical Officer of empaneled hospitals
