Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Design, B.Tech, B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or equivalent discipline with minimum 50% marks
• Or M.Tech, M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent discipline
• Or MCA from recognized university/institution
• Mandatory UX Certifications: Human Factors International (HFI) Certified Usability Analyst, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, Interaction Design Foundation UX Design Certification, or Google UX Design Professional Certificate

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 25 years
• Maximum Age: 50 years (varies by post)

Work Experience

• Vice President (UX): Minimum 15 years in e-Commerce/Banking/Fintech/IT with 5 years in UX
• Deputy Vice President (UX): Minimum 12 years with 5 years in UX
• Assistant Vice President (UX): Minimum 8 years with 3 years in UX
• Senior Special Executive (UI & UX): Minimum 5 years with 2 years in UX
• Deputy Manager (UI & UX): Minimum 4 years with 2 years in UX

Salary & Benefits

• Contract Posts: Annual CTC ranging from Rs. 45-80 lakhs (negotiable based on experience and current emoluments)
• Regular Posts: Pay Scale with DA, HRA, CCA, Pension, Medical, and other benefits as per bank rules
• Contract period: 5 years with termination by 3 months notice or compensation

• Shortlisting: Based on qualifications, experience, and suitability as decided by the bank's shortlisting committee
• Interview: Candidates shortlisted will be called for interview (100 marks). Qualifying marks will be determined by the bank
• Merit List: Prepared based on interview scores in descending order. In case of ties, age (in descending order) will be the deciding factor
