• Educational Qualification: MBA from recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Option 2: Graduation with Experience

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree from recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience

Experience in Relevant Field

• Experience should be in Training & Placement in Higher Education Institutes, OR
• Experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) at MNCs

Essential Soft Skills

• English Communication: Strong oral and written English communication skills
• People Management: Excellent people/interpersonal skills
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer operations and software
• Digital Marketing: Social media management and digital content creation skills

Job Profile and Responsibilities

Primary Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations of Career Development Cell
• Coordinate student training and placement activities
• Conduct workshops and seminars on career development
• Maintain records of placed students and statistics
• Interface with companies for recruitment drives
• Support student resume building and interview preparation
• Manage alumni network and engagement
• Update and manage CDC website and social media
• Organize recruitment fairs and campus drives
• Monitor placement statistics and report to management
