Key Responsibilities - Medical Officer:
- Lead the Team NAMAN at Belur taluka
- Clinical diagnosis and treatment of screened patients, follow-ups and care planning
- Training of front-line workers in Belur Taluka
- Monitor taluka team during NAMAN implementation
- Multi-sectoral coordination and IEC awareness programs
- Conduct promotive and preventive mental health programs for public
- Maintain data of screening and referrals by front-line workers and PHC MOs
- Communicate with Hub team at NIMHANS
- Monitor field level workers in carrying out interventions
Position 2: Admin & Accounts Coordinator / Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities - Admin & Accounts Coordinator:
- Send emails and coordinate communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and training sessions
- Maintain documents and contact details of personnel
- Handle bills and administrative activities related to the project
- Assist in software usage to create and edit content for digital training modules
- Save and maintain data
Important Information
- Salary Nature: Consolidated - no additional benefits or allowances
- Increment: 5% increment in consolidated salary after completing each year of service in same post
