Essential Qualifications - Data & Analytics Lead:
- B.Tech./M.Tech/M.S./PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative research
- At least 3 years leading analytics initiatives
Key Responsibilities - Data & Analytics Lead:
- Oversee design and implementation of analytics frameworks for platform performance monitoring and user behaviour analysis
- Develop real-time dashboards for tracking skill acquisition, certification rates, employment outcomes, and scheme effectiveness
- Establish data governance protocols ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (Digital Personal Data Protection Act)
- Drive predictive analytics initiatives to forecast skilling demands and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable policy recommendations
- Oversee data quality assurance processes ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Design advanced analytics models for personalized learning pathways and career guidance
- Coordinate integration of data from external systems (Aadhaar eKYC, DigiLocker, PFMS) into SIDH data lake
Essential Skills - Data & Analytics Lead:
- Data engineering & orchestration on AWS: Informatica 10.5.4, Airflow, Jenkins, Kafka, PySpark/Spark
- Data lake/warehouse: S3, Redshift/Snowflake, SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra)
- BI & reporting: Power BI
- Advanced analytics: Python/R for ML, NLP, forecasting and experimentation
Desirable Skills - Data & Analytics Lead:
- Tableau/QuickSight and Elasticsearch
- Delta/Iceberg lakehouse patterns; Glue Catalog familiarity
- MLOps (SageMaker/MLflow) and unstructured/NLP analytics
- AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, Power BI Certifications
- Prior public-sector/government analytics experience

- Work experience in large corporations or government IT organizations
Key Responsibilities - UI/UX Lead:
- Lead design strategy, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
- Ensure adherence to accessibility (WCAG), GIGW 3.0, and design system standards
- Translate user needs into intuitive, engaging, and consistent interfaces
- Guide and mentor team of Jr. UI/UX designers
- Drive adoption of design systems and responsive design frameworks
- Create social media posts, newsletters, banners
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Essential Skills - UI/UX Lead:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Knowledge of wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows
- Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Knowledge of style standards: fonts, colors, and imagery
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve UX issues
Desirable Skills - UI/UX Lead:
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with testing tools: Hotjar, Maze, or similar
- Experience designing for government or citizen-facing platforms
- Familiarity with agile tools: Click up, JIRA, Confluence, Trello
- Diploma/Certification in Interaction Design & UI/UX
